Scope
This policy applies to this website, its localized English and Spanish pages, and the contact form available through the site.
It does not govern third-party sites or services that may be linked from these pages.
Information you choose to provide
When you use the contact form, the site receives the information you submit: your name, email address, optional company or project, optional area of interest, message, and selected language.
That information is used to deliver your inquiry, send a confirmation, and respond to you. The application does not maintain a separate database of contact submissions; messages are delivered through email infrastructure and may remain in the relevant email systems as part of normal correspondence.
Analytics
When Google Analytics is enabled, the site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand basic readership and page activity. This can include page views, referral information, browser and device characteristics, approximate location derived from network information, and related technical identifiers handled by Google.
The current implementation is limited to the base Google Analytics configuration. It does not add custom conversion tracking or custom behavioral events.
Spam prevention and security
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. A Turnstile verification token and, when available, the requesting IP address may be sent to Cloudflare for verification.
The form also uses server-side validation and anti-abuse checks to protect the contact channel and the site.
Hosting and technical logs
The site is hosted on Vercel. Hosting and network infrastructure may process standard request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps, and diagnostic or security data needed to deliver and protect the site.
How information is used
Information processed through the site is used only for a small set of purposes:
- operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website;
- understand aggregate readership and page activity;
- prevent spam and abusive contact submissions;
- deliver and respond to messages you choose to send.
Service providers and disclosure
The site relies on service providers including Google Analytics, Cloudflare Turnstile, Resend, and Vercel for the functions described above. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Personal information is not sold or rented. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the site, investigate abuse, or enforce applicable rights.
Retention
There is no single retention period for every category of information. Contact messages may remain in email systems while correspondence or reasonable recordkeeping needs continue. Analytics, security, and infrastructure data are retained according to the relevant service configuration and provider practices.
The site does not intentionally keep contact-form submissions in a separate application database.
Your choices
You can browse without using the contact form. Browser privacy controls, content blockers, and related settings may limit analytics or third-party scripts.
If you have a question about information you submitted through the contact form, use the Contact page to ask about correction or deletion where reasonably possible.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and it is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
This policy may change as the site, its infrastructure, or its research and contact workflows evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
