Infrastructure intelligence

Frontier
Grid.

At Frontier Grid, I study what makes an energy or compute project viable: the gap between announced capacity and capacity that can actually be put into operation.

The deal is not the operation.

Before committing capital, equipment, or work, I need to understand what has to function and in what order: power access, interconnection, fuel, water, equipment, logistics, contracts, permits, and payments.

I build software and research workflows to collect signals, test claims, map dependencies, and compare locations. I tie each conclusion to sources and dates, separate confirmed evidence from inference, and keep unknowns and contradictions visible.

Software in practice

The method, at work.

I also build information and coordination tools for Venezuela. These are distinct projects with a shared approach: organize signals, make their limits visible, and turn them into something useful.

Featured case

The earthquake: from reports to a map.

I developed a platform to collect citizen reports, photos, and public sources after the June earthquake in Venezuela. Observations are grouped by location and cross-checked before context is published on the map.

sismo.ven.plus
From a report to a place
I designed the intake, cross-checking, and review workflow: each signal can be approved, attached to a place, or rejected before reaching the public map.
Satellite data and human context
I integrated NASA / Sentinel-1 data into PostGIS and a clustered map. The visualization distinguishes probable satellite-detected damage from reviewed locations.

Local context

ven.plus

An operational context platform for Venezuela, starting with Caracas. It organizes information on services, access, health, and mobility with dates, confidence levels, and a way to submit corrections.

Volunteer coordination

Intérpretes

Private coordination between rescue or humanitarian teams and volunteer English-Spanish interpreters. The system matches language and availability; each volunteer accepts a specific request before sharing contact details.
